  • Attorney General's Rulemaking Regarding FOIA and OMA
    • The Attorney General issued a rulemaking concerning actions by the Public Access Counselor (PAC) under Public Act 96-542. The rulemaking establishes electronic-training requirements for Freedom of Information Officers and designates trainees under the OMA.
